Spell A Day

A Remembrance Ritual

October 31

Sunday

Halloween - Samhain

Color of the day: Orange

Incense of the day: Heliotrope

In a simple ritual, we remember those who have passed

over this year. At Samhain we remember those who have

left us for a time. We are saddened, and we may even shed

a tear remembering them. It is all a part of the grieving

process that we need to complete.

Raise a glass to those who have moved on between the veils,

salute them on the completion of a memorable life, thank

them for allowing us to lean on them when we needed to,

and remember them for their kindness and for their

laughter. Give thanks that you had gotten to know them. Tell

them that you look forward to meeting them in the next

cycle of life. Drink to their life, and then drink to the life we

all have left to enjoy. Let go of your grief. The wheel of the

year turns again, and we all move on to the next cycle.

Spell A Day

Dancing in the Dark Spell

October 30

Saturday

Color of the day: Gray

Incense of the day: Sandalwood

Traditionally known as Merry Mischief Night, I think of this

night as a time to work my personal magic, before the

public festivity of Hallowe’en, or the circle ritual of

Samhain. It’s a time to take care of myself before

attending to the needs of my children, family, circle, and

community. While everyone is safely tucked into bed, I

quietly slip into dark clothes and go outside. Standing with

my bare feet on the cold earth, I dance slowly, feeling

secretive and mischievous. What giddy joy. My family

sleeps. In the waning light of the fourth quarter Moon, let

yourself dance in the dark, celebrating the private magic

that lies within you. Free from the demands of family,

friends, or community, dance mischievously in the dark,

summoning your deepest desires. As they are revealed to

you, know the blessing of the Dark Goddess is upon you.

Spell A Day

Exile Negative Emotions

October 29

Friday

Color of the day: Coral

Incense of the day: Yarrow

Take a red piece of construction paper and write a list of

things you wish to banish from your life. Astrologically, the

Moon is currently waning and the Sun is in Scorpio. One of

Scorpio’s rulerships is emotion—namely the hidden,

deeper aspects of one’s emotional body. Therefore, think

not only about general hindrances in your life, but about

those connected to your emotions. How do you hold back

your happiness and peace? When you have spent some time

constructing this list, read over it a number of times. Next,

place a mixture of banishing herbs (such as nettles, black

pepper, and valerian root) onto the paper and crumple it.

Tape, glue, or staple shut the makeshift pouch. On the

smooth side of the paper, draw a big black X. Say something

like:

These hindrances I do not want, and I ask the Universe to

guide me out of them. I banish these things and employ the

Divine for assistance in seeing that these flee from my life.

So mote it be.

Leave offerings to the spirits, burn some incense, and throw

the spell in the trash.

Spell A Day

Release to Retool

October 28

Color of the day: Green

Incense of the day: Clove

Autumn is a time of change. The lazy pace of summer

quickens into harvest. The still air begins to stir with brisk

winds that bring the autumn rains. The colors brighten from

placid greens to fiery reds and yellows, then fade to brown.

As the seasons change, so do our lives. The pace quickens or

slows. Old things that no longer serve us must be released

so that we can take up new tools and challenges in the

future. Think of four things you want to release—bad habits,

bothersome memories, broken relationships, anything that

holds you back. Write each one on an autumn leaf and toss

them into the wind to be carried away. Walk among the

fallen leaves, without looking back, and chant:

Gold and brown

Gold and brown

Wind blows up and

Leaves fall down

Let go of hindrances as the trees let go of dead leaves.

making holy/sacred water

09:15 Oct 27 2010
Times Read: 787

How To Make & Store Holy Water or

Sacred Water

Holy Water Carrier for potions and

for special purposes.

Holy Water has been around since

the dawn of time and in

homeopathic circles it is well

known that just placing a glass of

clean water onto a piece of paper

with the prescription written on it

will replicate the effects of giving

the actual tincture most precisely.

It stands to reason that one of the

most useful prescriptions you can make to any client is a

very personalized potion in a nice bottle with instructions as

to how often it should be taken.

To facilitate this and do it right, here are the instructions:

• Use any water source that is both safe in the Hard way as

well as attractive to you when you tune into it in all the other

ways. I make the safety note because pretty magical brooks

these days can be laced with just about anything and we do

want our patients to get better, in general. Unless you can

be sure what you are doing with water not tested for various

basic safety standards, I might recommend bottled water in

the absence of any personal preference on the subject you

might have.

• There is merit in lightly tinting the water with a natural

colour. The effects on the purity are offset more than

enough by the added placebo power to the owners and

caretakers. Studies have shown conclusively that the

placebo effect rises sharply when green pills that are

hexagonal are used instead of the usual white, round ones.

It simply helps to believe if there is something to see.

• As you prepare a number of bottles of Sacred Water (and

please be sure to follow all standard hygiene procedures)

you may charge them with a general sense of Even Flow and

steady support of a very deep level and soothing nature.

This is better than to not think of anything and imprint the

wrong ideas as you consider your shopping list!

• Store the template bottles in a wooden box and preferably

wrapped in silk which is a good protector against accidental

imprinting and keep them in a place that is neutral and

supportive as far as environmental energies are concerned.

• For template bottles, neutral is the name of the game. The

patient is not yet known and not every patient needs further

energising as we have discussed.

• When the time comes to dedicate the Sacred Water, hold

the client in consciousness and hold the bottle in both hands.

• Affixing a label that states the patient’s name and

desired outcome, written out once again with intent and

from a place of knowing that you are preparing a Healing

Star in all ways, will keep the intention locked into the water

even when it is stored under unhelpful circumstances and

being handled by possibly energetically unbalanced people.

• Even so, the imprint in the Sacred Water does wear off over

time because of the many energetic influences around and

after being handled repeatedly. Have a notion as to how

much should be used so that the bottle would be empty

before this has occurred and build this into your

prescription.

• When working with Sacred Water, you need to get your

mind off the idea that you are dealing with Hard medicine in

order to be able to widen your focus and thoughts as to what

can and what cannot be imprinted. You can prescribe

literally anything at all you can conceive of or hold in

consciousness – from happiness to peace, from balance to

song, from colour to the Northern Lights – it is all there for

you to pass along in the form of the Healing Star so don’t

limit yourself to just prescribing “Sophie’s Eczema

Potion”, useful as though that is.

• When “prescribing potions”, please be excruciatingly

careful with the laws of the land where you are practicing. In

some places you cannot say such words at all, in some

places you cannot sell Sacred Water, in some places the

addition of the natural food colorant may cause a breach of

some form of food, supplement or medication law. Check it

out and if you are in doubt, ring your local agency and ask

someone directly, then get their advice in writing so you are

safe in the Hard with what you are doing.

• Take this very seriously please – this is your

responsibility and could have very serious repercussions for

you in the Hard if you even unwittingly or unknowingly

transgress the rules that govern such things where you live.

gypsy love potion/spell

Love Potion - The Gyspy Rose Real

Love Potion

I get asked on a regular basis for

a real love potion that really

works. Now every love potion is

only as good as the witch who

makes it, but this one is as fool

proof as any potion could

possible be. It's a family recipe

(I'm half gypsy) and it really

works with a minimum of basic

potion ingredients that are easy to get hold of. So hopefully,

love may now come to all who keep on asking!

Gypsy Rose Love Spell

Three hearts of precious wild pink

rose

that under sun and starlight grows;

Three silver spoons of honey gold

awakens powers of the old;

Three silver spoons of brandy wine

you shall be mine, you shall be mine.

You shall be mine till I you free

This is my will, so shall it be.

A note: This is a form of spell that transmits through the

generations without the need for cookbooks and things that

can be found, burned, or lost. All the instructions necessary

to perform the spell are INSIDE THE SPELL itself; which

means that once you've learned it, it is always available to

you.

Before anyone asks, clearly you're supposed to put all the

ingredients in order into a pot and stir them on the last

three lines. With a SILVER spoon. Then you have the Love

Potion ready to use. Or sell. Or put into the punch bowl at the

election committee's meeting ...

LOL

Good Magic To All,

SFX :-)

gypsy magic for breaking curses or hexes on you

08:51 Oct 27 2010
Times Read: 813

To successfully remove curses

and hexes by yourself isn't as

difficult as it may seem.

You need two things - one force

to "draw out" the curses and

hexes, and another acting to

"push out" these foreign energy

viruses that cause disturbances and misfortune, like the

proverbial thorn in our side.

Finally, you need to heal the damage the curse or hex has

caused you.

Here is a simple old fashioned gypsy spell to remove curses

and hexes by yourself.

Q: I carry some curses/hexes which I have

received some years ago. Since then, everything in

my life has been cursed and hexed. How can I

remove these curses or hexes myself?

SFX: A simple way of "drawing out" curses and hexes from

your energy system is to use a salt medicine pouch, worn

over the heart (the heart of energy in the center of the

chest, between the nipples, not the flesh heart).

The heart of energy always tries to get rid of "rubbish" that

collects in our wider energy system; it is going to push from

its end so you get a powerful conjunction that gets rid of the

curses or hexes powerfully and reliably.

So here is the spell:

Curses & Hexes DIY Removal Spell

Get a piece of wax paper or another kind of strong paper.

Write on it carefully what you know about the curses/hexes,

like who cast them, or where they came from, and/or when

this started (the date). If you don't know any details, just

write "My two curses or hexes" on the paper so that we all

know what this for and what it's going to do.

Place three spoonfuls of salt (rock salt, or sea salt, or just

ordinary table salt) into the paper and make a bundle out of

it that you can tie to a piece of string.

Wear it over your heart for three days and three nights.

The salt will draw out the curses or hexes and take them

into itself.

On the morning of the fourth day, open the package, and let

water wash the salt away. You can do this in a river or by an

ocean shore, scatter it outside when it is raining hard, or

simply in your sink if you have no access to flowing water

elsewhere.

Burn the paper and the string.

Wear a rose quartz pendant or a healing or lucky charm you

already own over the heart for 9 days after that, so that

whatever was damaged by the presence of the curse or hex

gets healed and restored, and your defense systems grow

strong again.

Sending good luck with this also and blessings,

StarFields

NB: For those who are wanting to learn magic, this is a good

spell to do for yourself. Just write "my curses" on the paper

to cover the bases and run the spell.

Note what you think and dream about during the three days

when you wear the charm, and also, pay close attention to

what happens when you let the flowing water take the

contaminated salt away for cleansing by nature itself.

Spell A Day

Ritual for Clairvoyant Tools

October 27

Color of the day: Topaz

Incense of the day: Honeysuckle

This is a good workout ritual for those who are in training to

be clairvoyants because it can be performed as many times

as you wish—even after starting out in clairvoyance. This

ritual also allows you to realign with spiritual objects that

are used as tools in your work. Such items are crystal balls,

crystal pyramids, tarot cards, I Ching, and all other types of

card decks.

On a day when you are undisturbed, place all your tools on

the altar. Meditate until you are able to hold an unwavering

meditative state of mind. Pick up each object one at a time

and get to know it; observe its lines, designs, and qualities.

Know that you are getting better acquainted with it. Send

loving energies to each item. Personify each by letting them

assimilate with your natural electromagnetic energy levels.

Visualize the tool and you working smoothly and accurately

together

Spell A Day

Combine All Your Energies

October 26

Color of the day: Black

Incense of the day: Ylang-ylang

On this day in 1825, the Erie Canal opened, connecting the

Hudson River to Lake Erie. In a busy life, it’s difficult for us

to remain connected body, mind, and spirit.

To reestablish a connection to our spiritual comfort, bring

together a blanket, a pillow, and sandalwood incense. Light

the incense and lie down, covering yourself with the blanket.

As the grounding power of the scent fills you, go into a deep

relaxed state. In your mind’s eye, see your body

surrounded with beautiful colors. From your head, see clear

light shine out and combine with the colors surrounding you.

From your heart, see a wonderful green color come out and

combine with these colors. Feel all those energies combine

in an ecstatic dance and feel the energy of your combined

self. As you relax, feel that energy merge in your body. Rest

with that connection until it is time to return to the here and

now
